The Asia / Pacific region, with a combined population of nearly 3 billion, now has a common communication vehicle devoted to the science of cardiac medicine.

The Asian Cardiovascular & Thoracic Annals (Asian Annals) serves Asian clinicians by providing a forum for the exchange and review of ideas, data and operative techniques with their colleagues in Europe and the Americas.

Through the Asian Annals, regional and international links are being forged to enhance the understanding and treatment of cardiac-related disease patterns into the 21st century.
